What safety do you need

You need wrist pads, knee pads, a helmet and shoes  So if you fall over you do not break a bone. If you fall on your head the helmet will protect your head, if you fall on your knees it will protect your knees, if you fall on your wrist pads it will protect your wrist .

Tukutuku panels

 Yesterday I found out About tukutuku panels and I found out that you can use pingao plants for our tukutuku panels , but our  seeds where from Canterbury And down in Canterbury pingao seeds are used to being cold .

But up at Northland it is too hot. The pingao seeds wear actually for the Taupo Bay sand dune restoration project . We are trying to protect the Dotterels Because They are native birds and they need a place to Nest.

Patik This diamond shaped design is called the patik or flounder because of its shape.

Kaokao  The kaokao or Armpit follow the outline of a man's chest and arm . In some places of this pattern is known as niho Taniwha teeth of the Taniwha . ( It symbolizes protection )

Materials-

Spear gun

Boat

Wetsuit

Steps-

First get your wetsuit on

Then dive down with your gun

Next wait down in the water quietly

When you see a Kingi aim and fire your spear gun

After that hold onto the rope and swim to the boat

Finally get in the boat and pull the Kingi in

First these 3 Men loaded up the spear guns and drove the boat to the best spearfishing spot they had ever gone to. Next they got their spear guns  and jumped into the water. They waited for Ages and Ages and finally a Kingi Swam past.  Then one of the divers pulled back the trigger and shot a huge Kingi, the kingi swam around in circles and the blood spread everywhere. After that the diver noticed that his rope was all wrapped around him, suddenly it pulled tight and then a huge bronze whaler came out of nowhere and ate the Kingi. Luckily the bronze whaler didn't hit the diver. Finally the diver Swam  up to the boat really fast.  This is the procedure of how not to catch a shark.

But Gerald kept stealing Jeffrey From Sandy.  One day Gerald Stole Jeffrey from Sandy so Sandy Messed up Gerald's house.  Gerald came home and he saw his house, he thought it was a disgrace so he asked Sandy “do you know what happened?” he Asked Sandy.  Sandy said “yes I did it, I messed up your house because you took Jeffrey”.  Gerald said “OK I won't do that again sorry” and Sandy said “I'll help you tidy up your house”.

 This guy called Fabio escaped the police by boosting down the mountain on a mountain bike.  It was eye popping watching him do the dangerous tricks.  It was thrilling watching him skid the snow up the police's face. It was heart-pounding watching him do a double backflip.   It was exhilarating watching him jump on the roof . He was amazing at riding the bike . At the end he glided away over the hills.

He also won and successfully defended the biggest sailing prize of all, the America's Cup, and slashed the record for the fastest non-stop circumnavigation of the world under sail. 

These people from the Sir Peter Blake reality show came in and told us to protect the sea . We watched the amazing virtual reality show. My favorite part was seeing the huge whales and the sharks. They also showed us a protected Marine reserve.  Sir peter Blake went to the Amazon rain forest and pirates tried to take their things off their boat, but peter Blake stood up fought for them but sadly he got killed . 

We learnt about over fishing.  I think limits should be changed.  Change fishing limits to 2 fish per person. Always have a ruler on your boat, to make sure you don't take under size fish.  Create more marine reserves so the fish can breed.  Please protected the sea.

Time travel to London

 Splat oh no not again wear in London what does World War 2 is happening houses are getting exploded me, xavier and Cooper Nichols. “Watch out Cooper Nichols,'' I said” a big bomb is coming for you. Cooper Nichols jumps to the side and he just makes it. The mission is to try to find a clock. When we get there we will be able to go through the clock and go back to the normal world. Look there's the big tower but there’s guns getting shot and bombs are getting shot everywhere ok we'll have to make a run for it soon. Oh look we can hide behind that big rock. Ready to make a run for it now go Guns are getting shot we just make it . These guards are all around the tower. Look, we can climb up and go through that window. We're climbing up. “Open the window I said to xav.” He did go, we ran into the clock and we got teleported back into the real world. the end.

How to -

First set cones in a straight line about 1.5 metres apart.  Then you get your gear on.  After that you start riding.  To turn you lean the way you are going and go between heel side and toe side.  You look over your shoulder and follow your arm.  Finally you practice and practice and practice.  Have fun.

lockdown

 Today is my dad's 🎂in lock down .I felt bad for my dad. I got my dad a🍫 . 

This morning  I went for a 🚴‍♂️ up the road that was cool.  Yesterday we went to our new land and caught lizards. It was very 😎. I got bitten by a lizard but it didn't Hurt. 

This covid has been fun so far, my favorite part of lockdown was playing on the tramp, It was😎.
