How to -
First set cones in a straight line about 1.5 metres apart. Then you get your gear on. After that you start riding. To turn you lean the way you are going and go between heel side and toe side. You look over your shoulder and follow your arm. Finally you practice and practice and practice. Have fun.
This is a great procedure Levi. Are there any other tips for first timers like me? Bend knees or straight? I can't even ride a smooth star. Your video is great too.
